Meet Starlight and Taylor!

These kittens are in a foster home right now, but will be returning to the shelter soon. Although they started out nervous, Starlight and Taylor are now very sweet love bugs.

The kittens came from Copperas Cove Animal Control. Their mother was a feral cat.  Both kitties were shy at first but now love to purr and cry for attention.

Starlight, the black kitty, likes to climb up to your face right away. She is very vocal if she does not get to give you nose kisses. She also likes to bury her face in your hair and give unexpected love bites. She is very smart; she learned to get out of the kitty cage right away and her foster mom still has not figured out how she does it. She is the leader of the two and weights about 4 more ounces than her younger brother.

Taylor, the Siamese boy, is also very vocal and of course, so handsome. He too purrs like a machine and loves to be held. He sleeps in the funniest positions on the 3 children in his foster home who love to hold the kittens.

Also, they both have great litter manners and do not like to be left alone in the kitty room. They want to be held or be with each other – or they meow for a long time.

If you are interested in either kitten, please contact Lindsey Thompson at foster@texashumaneheroes.org. Be a hero…adopt!
