A Did you adopt the pet from TXHH? Then, yes! – If it has been less than 30 days from adoption, you may return the animal to TXHH within thirty (30) days of adoption by appointment only. To schedule a return appointment, please email surrender@txhh.org. No surrender fee will be charged; however, adoption fees are non-refundable. – After 30 days, any returned animal will be processed as an Owner Surrender.
