No Naughty – All Nice! Get Festive at our 7th Annual Winter Wonderland holiday party!
We’ve already had some colder temperatures this year to get us in the spirit of the holiday season. And the perfect event is coming up to commemorate the holidays – Texas Humane Heroes’ seventh annual Winter Wonderland! This year’s event is on December 7, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at The Ranch House at Teravista.
If you’ve attended this event – which puts the “fun” in fundraiser – in the past, then you know what to expect. For those who have not attended, take off your mittens, because you’re going to need all ten fingers to count out the many ways to celebrate at the party!

This year’s Winter Wonderland seeks to raise funds for a very special program: Pets for Patriots. Texas Humane Heroes has partnered with this organization, whose mission is to “improve the well-being of service personnel through companion pet adoption.”
Our aim is to offer completely free adoptions of our hard-to-place dogs and cats to qualified military personnel through this partnership. Often, these animals are older, larger breed (in the case of dogs), or special needs, and the Pets for Patriots program seeks to match these animals with their perfect military forever family. We are proud to be a part of such a program!
