Bala is a beautiful, smart and very sweet black and white Terrier/American Pit Bull/Blue Heeler mix looking for a great forever home.
Bala gets along well with other dogs and cats, and as you can see from the video, she loves to be outside and run and play. Bala At Play
Her favorite toys are plush animals with squeakers in them that she can carry around. She walks well on a leash, is house-trained and has never shown any aggression towards anyone.
So, why is such a sweet dog still waiting for her forever family? Bala is very shy which is understandable given her sad history. She was rescued from an abusive situation, but staff has been working with her every day, and she has really blossomed! She is very friendly to those she knows and will make a wonderful and loyal companion to anyone who is willing to give her the love, attention and security she needs.
Like all of our dogs, Bala is already spayed, up-to-date on all her vaccinations and microchipped and is ready to go home with you today!
